Cancellation Policy
We require a 48 hour notice for a penalty free cancellation of any appointments. Clients can cancel by using our online booking service, messaging your stylist first, then calling the salon if necessary. Clients cancelling with less than a 48 hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee which is 50% of your booked appointments. We understand life happens, but this affects us also.
